Can you apply makeup over EltaMD sunscreen?

How to apply EltaMD sunscreen

Apply EltaMD sunscreen to the face and neck just like a moisturizer – preferably 15 minutes before sun exposure. Only a dollop of the product (about the size of a nickel) is necessary and wait about 30 seconds for the product to dry completely across the face before applying anything else. When outdoors, reapply sunscreen at least every two hours.
